About the conference
Now in its fourth year, Telsolutions’ Innovation Conference brings together Local Authority revenues professionals to explore emerging technologies and strategies shaping income recovery and customer engagement.
Held on 9th May 2025 at Chelsea Old Town Hall, London, the event provides a platform for industry experts, local authority leaders, and private sector specialists to share insights and real-world case studies.
This year’s agenda includes discussions on artificial intelligence, private sector debt recovery, and innovations in the leisure sector, alongside practical demonstrations of solutions designed to address budget constraints, resource challenges, and evolving regulatory requirements.
With a diverse range of speakers and thought-provoking sessions, the conference offers an opportunity to gain new perspectives on delivering effective, sustainable revenues services.
Venue information
The conference will be held at Chelsea Old Town Hall, a grade 2 listed victorian building offering a stunning backdrop for a conference driven by innovation.
Car parking
Chelsea Old Town Hall has 3 parking bays, 2 are provided for Main Hall hirers and 1 for Small Hall hirers. There is a small public car park (35 spaces) at the lower end of Sydney Street that operates Mon–Sat from 07:00–19:00. On-street parking is permitted at metered bays in nearby side streets.
London Underground
Take the Circle or District Line to Sloane Square. Walk across Sloane Square and straight down the King’s Road (passing Peter Jones Department Store on your right hand side). Chelsea Old Town Hall is approximately a ten-minute walk down the King’s Road, on the left hand side immediately opposite the lower end of Sydney Street.
