1. Form Finder
Previously, there were three separate pages used to locate forms, but with this proposed development, all forms can be found through one page. We believe this will simplify the customer journey, making it more accessible for all.
2. Start Request
This page will now allow users to select previously used properties, no longer will they have to enter the same information every time they start a request. Additionally, there are now mulitple ways to add a new property.
